ABOUT US

Energy adventure camp is nestled in UNESCO protected area with spectacular scenery of Orkhon valley and Uliastai rivers and offers horse treks, ATV/UTV and bike experiences. We believe that everyone who wants a taste of adventure and travel the Mongolian countryside with eternal blue sky and natural wonders will like our service.

We offer you tours through the wilderness, forests, rivers, and steppes on horseback to see the Eight lakes national park, ride a bicycle across the breathtaking landscape appreciating the scenery and ride four-wheeled ATVs and UTVs to reach the ancient Tuvkhun monastery hidden on top of the mountain Shireet Ulaan.

Also, you will get to experience a Mongolian culture by visiting a nomadic family experiencing the warmth of their hospitality and gaining an authentic understanding of nomadic culture. As night falls, bonfire party is a perfect way to experience star gazing through a perfectly clear sky.

We will provide comfort and safety as well as relevant trainings.

Location: Horse trek camp is in protected area with spectacular scenery of Orkhon valley and Uliastai rivers, Bat-Ulzii soum, Uvurkhangai province and located 480km (360 km paved road and 120 km unpaved road) from Ulaanbaatar city.

Price: Booking fee for 1-day trip option #3 is 180USD per person and option #1, #2 are 200USD per person.
Our team: experienced English-speaking tour guides, professional camp management team and hospitable team of local herders.

CAMP

Gers: Total of 5 traditional Mongol ger, 2 ger with 3 beds, 2 ger with 2 beds and 1 ger with one king bed. There is also a sink and mirror in each ger. The gers are heated by stove.
Amenities: Our camp has generators with limited hours to charge your portable electronics. Dining ger, outdoor eco toilet and outhouse shower.

FOOD

You will be served meals as indicated on the itinerary included in the price. We can cater to those with dietary requirements. However, you are responsible for giving clear information in advance about your dietary needs so we can let you know in advance what to realistically expect.
Breakfast: traditional dairy products such as urum (cream), aaruul (dried yogurts), boortsog (bite-size Mongolian pastry) and typically bread, eggs, jam, muesli, tea and coffee (where available).
Lunch: Lunch is usually based on a variety of soup and main dishes. Driving-day lunches are kept simple. On free days, lunches will have more choices.
Dinners will be more often traditional Mongolian dishes - but there is usually a Western/Asian/ Mongolian options.
